Step right up all you lovebirds! So you’re looking for a wedding photographer? You’re in the right place! So yes, Tayla is actually my name and photographing beautiful weddings is my game!
I am a girl mama to a very funny and head strong 2 year old. I like to spend any spare time with my other half, daughter and our 2 spaniels on the beach. Pink and Orange and pink are my favourite colours. I have a phobia of pigeons. I love a good true crime/serial killer documentary. Eastenders is my fav soap and Darragh is my favourite Chaser.
Ok, so less about me and more about why you're here! Your wedding planning right? I have photographed so many different wedding days! From traditional church/chapel weddings, to the “throw the tradition book away'“ tipi and beach weddings.
What is my style? I find it hard to pinpoint my work as one certain style, but if I had to say, I’d describe myself as a documentary wedding photographer, who also loves nothing more than to give you those wall worthy group shots. Im a big lover of vibrant colours, good banter and first class company.
If you are planning a wedding with any or all of the above, then I could just be your gal! I will only ever be a message away at any given time. Wether its for a good old chat or if you need recommendations for wedding suppliers. I want to see you enjoying your day with your nearest and dearest, and not keep you posing for hours. I will be your biggest hype girl on the day, a bit of an ninja and that extra bridesmaid you never knew you needed.

I would say I was about 12 when I had my first DSLR camera for Christmas. Started out taking photos of flowers, animals and the usual amateur/hobbyist shizzle, then when I hit my GCSE years, I started to work from the photos Id taken and then that just moved my skillset area from painting and drawing, over to photography and digital artwork.
Fastforward to 2018, when a colleague I was working with at the time asked me to photograph her wedding, she was on a budget, it was all local and I did it for 100 smackaroonies. Still to this day, I always see her and she always thanks me for the photos and says that she was the reason I was swayed into weddings, and she is right. I never even thought about photographing weddings for a living all those years ago, when I was taking photos of those daisies on my grandparents lawn.

I take £300 to secure any of my packages and the final balance would be due 4 weeks before the wedding date!

I will travel anywhere in Wales and England, but anything further than 50 miles from Ammanford will incur a fee. This will allow me to travel up and stay local the night before, which minimises the risk of traffic and late arrival.

Yes, yes and yes. I would say 90% of my couples say this and then they absolutely rock their wedding photos. I will prompt you throughout the day and talk so much during couple pics that you won’t even know when I’m taking pictures. I am very awkward in front of the camera myself so I totally feel your pain (how ironic for a photographer right)

Yes! I am fully insured for professional indemnity and public liability (and more). If your venue needs a copy of my public liability cover, just ask!

I arrive about 2 hours before your ceremony start time and I leave about 1 hour after first dance, although you can add on extra hours at £150ph.

It states 6-8 weeks is in my contract, but I do try my hardest to get them out before then, however I am only a one man band! Life can sometimes throw obstacles at you so should anything in my personal life delay the turn around, I will always pop you a message to update!

Hell no! I love nothing more than to be versatile and change things up for every wedding. I love a minimalistic black and white theme just as much a I love colour. I am girl who loves ANY wedding!
